How do I view my incoming and outgoing call records?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. To view incoming call records, select the Call Logs link in the Quick Links dropdown menu. Records for incoming calls are displayed by default. To view outgoing calls, click the Outgoing link at the top of the call log list. You may sort call log records by number, city, start time or end time by clicking the headings at the top of the list.

How can I download and print records of calls that I have placed and received?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. To download and save or print incoming call records, select the Call Logs link in the Quick Links dropdown menu. Records for incoming calls are displayed by default. Click the Export link at the top of the call record list and then save the .csv file to the desired location on your computer. You may open the .csv file with a program such as Microsoft Notepad or Excel and print, if desired.
