How do I access the VoiSelect Customer Portal?

Click the login button in the upper right corner of this page and then enter the user name and password you were given when your VoiSelect Digital Voice service was installed. Click Sign In.

How do I temporarily disable call waiting?

To temporarily disable call waiting, press *70 from your telephone handset. Then dial the number you wish to call. When you finish your conversation and hang up, call waiting will be automatically restored.

How do I permanently disable/enable call waiting?

To permanently disable call waiting online, begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click on Settings in the Features menu. Select the Off radio button in the Call Waiting field and click the Save button at the bottom of the page. When you wish to turn call waiting back on, simply click the On radio button in the Call Waiting field and click the Save button.

How do I set my call forwarding options if I disable call waiting?

If you have permanently disabled call waiting, you will need to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal to set up your call forwarding options. Once you have logged in, click Settings in the Features menu, and scroll to the Call Forwarding section. Then, click the On radio button in the Call Forwarding Busy Line field and enter the number to which calls should be forwarded when your line is busy in the space provided. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I enable/disable anonymous call rejection?

To disable anonymous call rejection, press *87 from your telephone handset. To enable anonymous call rejection, press *77.

To disable anonymous call rejection online, you will need to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, click Settings in the Features menu. Then click the Off radio button in the Anonymous Call Rejection field and click the Save button at the bottom of the page. To enable Anonymous Call Rejection, simply click the On radio button in the Anonymous Call Rejection field and click the Save button.

How can I setup call forwarding?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click on Settings in the Features menu and locate the call forwarding features you wish to enable in the Call Forwarding section. To activate the feature, click the On radio button and enter the 10-digit phone number to which calls should be forwarded. If activating Call Forward Don’t Answer, select the appropriate number of rings from the drop down list. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

How do I remove call forwarding?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. To deactivate any of the Call Forwarding features, click on Settings in the Features menu and locate the call forwarding features you wish to disable in the Call Forwarding section. Click the Off radio button and then click the Save button.

How do I set up a speed dial number?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click on Address Book in the Features menu. For new entries, click Add Contact and wait for a new screen to appear. Enter the contact information and then select a Speed Dial code from the dropdown menu and click the Save button.

To edit Speed Dial information for an existing contact, click the Edit link in the row of the contact you wish to change and wait for the contact screen to appear. Select a Speed Dial code from the dropdown menu and click the Save button.

Note: When entering a telephone number into the Address Book, it is not necessary to enter a "1" for a long distance telephone number. When using the Speed Dial Feature, the '1' is not necessary for long distance dialing.

How do I dial a speed-dial number from my handset?

The steps for dialing a one-digit Speed Dial code are different from the steps for dialing a two-digit code. For a one-digit Speed Dial code, listen for a dial tone and enter the specific one-digit Speed Dial code for the number you wish to call. Then press # and the call will be connected. For a two-digit Speed Dial code, listen for a dial tone and then press # and dial the specific two-digit Speed Dial code for the number you wish to call.

How do I remove a speed-dial number?

Begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Click on Address Book in the Features menu. To remove a Speed Dial code for an existing contact (but not delete the contact), click the Edit link in the row of the contact you wish to change and wait for the contact screen to appear. Then, click the dropdown menu for Speed Dial codes and select the blank field at the top of the list. Click the Save button.

Note: If you wish to remove the Speed Dial code and delete the contact, click on Address Book in the Features menu. Click the checkbox in the row of the contact you wish to remove and then click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
