How do I access the voicemail system?

To access your voicemail box from your telephone handset in your home location, dial 9999 or *62. Then, enter your passcode and press the # key. Press 1 to listen to your messages, or listen to the menu prompts to access other voicemail features.

How do I access my voicemail away from home?

To access your voicemail box from a remote location, dial your VoiSelect number and press * when the greeting begins to play. Then, enter your passcode and press the # key. Press 1 to listen to your messages, or listen to the menu prompts to access other voicemail features.

How do I change my voicemail PIN?

To change your Voicemail PIN, you will need to access the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, click the Profile link in the Account menu and scroll down to the Voicemail section. Click the Reset PIN button and your PIN will be reset to 0000. Then next time you access your voicemail box from the telephone handset you will be prompted to enter a new PIN.

How do I record a voicemail greeting?

Dial 9999 or *62 from the VoiSelect handset. Enter your passcode and press the # key (If this is the first time you've accessed voicemail, enter 0000 as passcode and you will be prompted to select a new passcode.). From the main menu, you can press 3 to record your name and then follow the prompts to record busy and no-answer greetings.

Can I restore a deleted voicemail message?

No, deleted voicemail messages cannot be restored.

Can I receive email notifications when I have a voicemail?

Yes, you can receive an email with a copy of the voicemail message attached that can be replayed on your computer.

To receive voicemail messages via email, begin by accessing the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Once you have logged in, click Profile in the Account menu and scroll to the Voicemail to Email section at the bottom of the page. Enter the email address at which you want to receive messages in the Voicemail to Email Notification Address field and click the Save button.

My calls are not going to voicemail. Why?

If your unanswered calls are not going to voicemail, start by verifying that your voicemail is turned on. Log on to the VoiSelect Customer Portal and under the Quick Links section, select Voicemail Settings from the list of available options. The On radio button should be selected.

Once you have verified that your voicemail is turned on, you should check the Call Forwarding settings in the VoiSelect Customer Portal. Begin by clicking Settings the Features menu and then locate the Call Forwarding heading. Verify that the phone number field is blank for all Call Forwarding conditions under which calls should be directed to voicemail. If you make changes, click the Save button.
